When life gives you lemons, use it to make lemon juice. That is what is meant to stay positive. I read this post, Every Dark Cloud has a Silver Lining, by Yvette Mayemelle Kaba and thought I should share it with you. We encounter difficulties in our lives daily, but how we manage such painful moments is what matters. I know it may not be easy, yet it is worthwhile trying to change the negative to become positive.
Entrepreneurs usually face a lot of difficulties when starting their projects. Some take these difficulties as a stepping stone to achieve their goals. Some are defeated by the difficulties and find themselves unable to carry on their project. This difficulties will always be there. It is part of live. All what we enjoy today, apart from what nature has given us free, was achieved with a lot of trials and failures.
As Yvette says, “Some people can withstand the storm during a crisis. Others are submerged by the storm. I know it is not easy, but then it is said “in every dark cloud, there is a silver lining”. There is always a tiny spark of hope left in you during dark moments. You just need to find how to ignite it into a glowing flame”.
Point number 4 is one of my favorites. I am talking about listening to music. Good music makes me stay positive. However, unlike her, I go for cool classical music with no words. The flow of the instruments makes my mine go calm and peaceful. When I find peace of mind, I become deeply thoughtful. This contemplative mood usually gives way in-depth thoughts that help me to forget my pains, hence making me to stay positive.
